We accept PayPal which means you can pay with (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and eCheck) and you don't have to open a PayPal account to use it!


Checks:
If you prefer to pay with a check or money order please Email us at jewelry@bellabloomdesign.com, indicating the item you would like to purchase.
Please include the following in your email order:
Item Description, Item Price and your shipping address.

You will then receive an invoice via email and simply send it in with your check or money order. Payments must be received within 7 days after the email confirmation otherwise the item will be put back in stock. Checks must clear before the item is shipped.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via USPS Standard Mail with confirmation.
While your package may actually ship earlier, please allow 2-3 weeks for your package to arrive.

Shipping rates are as follows:

$0-$100.00 = $5.00
$101.00-$300.00 = $10.00
Over $301.00 = $15.00

Returns:
Every one of our pieces is skillfully crafted and is carefully inspected for defects before shipment. However, in the unlikely event of damage resulting from a manufacturing defect we will be glad to repair or replace your piece free of charge. We will accept exchanges within thirty days from the date you receive your order under the following conditions. Send an email to jewelry@bellabloomdesign.com with your problem. We will promptly send any replacement orders upon return of the merchandise. Although we hope that you love your Bella Bloom Design jewelry, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
